11:05 PM EDT: All connectivity has been restored and account access should be back to normal. 10:35 PM EDT: There appears to be a problem with our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) which is affecting a number of our servers. Please note that we are working to investigate and resolve any issues which we have control over. We hope to have access restored shortly.
