5:38 AM EDT: We were able to fix this issue. Amazon has identified the instance itself as causing the slowness and we were able to replace it. 5:20 AM EDT: We were able to identify the root cause of this slowness. The resolution for this will imply ~15 minutes downtime starting with 5:30 AM EDT. 4:30 AM EDT: We are currently experiencing slowness with server-5. We are working with Amazon Web Services, our hosting provider, to investigate and resolve it.
